Was born in1950, psychologist, awarded candidate degree on psychology. Head of laboratory of Political Psychology in Moscow State University named Lomonosov. Author of 8 books.

In 1992 he was an advisor of E.T.Gaidar in the Government of Russian Federation. From 1996 is an advisor of A.B.Tchubajs in President Administration and in Government of Russian Federation, at current moment - in RAO "EES Rossii". In 1993 he leactured in Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA. Twice - in 1991 and in 1993 - he worked in Woodrow Wilson International Center, Washington, DC during the probation period. He has made many lectures and talks in the USA and Europe. His wife and his daughter are psychologists too.
